Delivery Charges
Delivery within the city is free of charge. For suburban areas, a delivery fee of $15.00 will be applied per address. For locations beyond the city and suburbs, the fee may vary. Orders shipped outside our standard delivery zone will incur an additional $10.00 relay surcharge.
Order Cut-Off Times
For same-day delivery within the U.S., orders must be placed by 8:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next day. Contact us directly to explore same-day delivery options for late orders.

Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery to any location within the city and its suburbs. Deliveries to rural routes, cemeteries, or certain remote addresses outside this area cannot be guaranteed.
Operating Hours and Deliveries
Our shop operates every day until 22:00 , and we process deliveries daily, including weekends. For orders outside our delivery zone requiring delivery, we may arrange delivery through a partner florist if needed. If this is not feasible, the order will be delivered the next day.
